RADONCHECKProfessional Testing

How It Works

From scheduling to results — here's exactly what to expect during your professional radon test.

01

Schedule Your Test

Book your radon test online through our request form or call us directly. We confirm a convenient date and time for device placement. Available Monday through Saturday.

  • Choose your preferred date and time
  • Select property type and service

02

Pre-Test Preparation

Closed-house conditions must be established at least 12 hours before testing. This ensures accurate readings that reflect normal living conditions.

  • Close all windows and exterior doors
  • Keep HVAC operating normally
  • Avoid fans that bring in outside air
03

Device Placement

Our technician places the continuous radon monitor in the lowest livable area — typically the basement or ground floor. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes.

48-Hour Monitoring

The monitor records radon levels every hour for 48 hours. Continue your daily routine as normal — just maintain closed-house conditions.

05

Device Retrieval

After 48 hours, our technician returns to collect the monitor. We verify data integrity on-site and confirm conditions were maintained.
